Do I need AWS?
Often not. A managed platform or a single well-configured VPS runs most business applications for a fraction of the cost and the complexity. We size the infrastructure to your traffic, and we will say so when the cheaper option is the right one.
Can you take over infrastructure someone else built?
Yes. We start with an audit of what exists, document it, and fix the parts most likely to fail before changing anything else.
What happens if the site goes down at 2am?
Monitoring alerts us and you. What we commit to beyond that depends on the support arrangement we agree — we would rather set a response time we can actually meet than advertise one we cannot.
